But wait! There's more!!! This incredible holiness of God, in the story of Uzzah, is the same reason why God could no longer walk with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. He could not do that or his presence would destroy them! The only way he could approach us, touch us, get us to understand the depth of his love for us, to know his true spirit at all! - was to shroud his 'Godness' deep within a human form! And create connection that way!! The most amazing gift ever imagined or offered. And it was given so that you could know you can trust him. Only that gift provides the way to exist and flourish in his presence!
