Mocking Truth

As Jesus hung dying on the cross, the high and mighty in the crowd spewed out their mockery.

"He saved others. Himself he cannot save." Matthew 27:42

Truer than they knew.

He could not save himself if he wanted to save us.

He had to go through death itself, to break us free from it.

They were mocking him.

But it was truth.
