His way...

People talk about submitting to God as if it is a forced thing. That we need to bow our will to God's - and that his opposes ours! There can be an element of truth in that, in that things we think would be great to happen, might not be in the best greater interest as God sees them. But God never wants unwilling submission! That is the opposite of His way!

A beautiful form of submission comes with knowing him in a way that you know he works within wisdom and love way beyond ours! Knowing that - and trusting that - brings you to a place of simply bowing in recognition of that. He is love and wisdom and kindness personified. I have learnt to trust in that. It has taken time and experience to develop my relationship with him to this point. But I know I can trust in who he is - and in his intentions - no matter what. His way is best.
