My deepest need is to feel God's love fill me up. It is a real and honest need. He has made us with that need. But when I look for that love from other people, they won't have enough love of their own to give me. Because it is a very big need, and they were not made to be it's source! (Unless they too are filled up by him! And it's his love that flows through them to me!) I will always be disappointed, and sadly, I will react poorly to them for not filling my need when I come to them. But when I go to the right place, when I seek God out for it, he has more than enough to give me! And it heals me. And I have plenty then, to give away. And I treat those around me so much better. Â
